Randy and Pearl Bouwens have donated $500 to each of these students to be used at whichever college they choose to attend.
  • This is a one-time grant to each student. It will be held in trust by the IFCA International until the winner graduates from high school and may only be used for college expenses.
  • The scholarships are given in memory of their son, a former IFCA Youth Convention delegate and Bible quizzer, R. J. Bouwens, who passed away while a student at Cedarville College.
The IFCA Youth Council does not fund any scholarships.  These scholarships are offered by the participating colleges and universities. No cash value equivalent will be given for any scholarship awarded through the IFCA National Youth Convention. (Exception—R.J. Bouwens Memorial Scholarship)
